Charlotte Rush, Inventium 

Charlotte is the Head of Product Development at Inventium. As an Organisational Psychologist, she is passionate about using the science of psychology to create organisations where innovation thrives and people can do their best work. Charlotte has a wealth of experience working with clients across industries such as legal, property, FMCG and the public sector in shaping organisational-wide innovation programs and has worked across Asia, the United States, and Australia.
