Join us on the fabulous Sunshine Coast for our 2021 Connective Conference in 2022! With over 100 kilometers of incredible coastline and temperatures generally warm year-round, this is the perfect location to escape to at the end of a long winter.
The Conference will be held at the Novotel Twin Waters Resort, a 4 star beachfront resort set between ocean and river, positioned as one of the top Sunshine Coast accommodation destinations. The resort was transformed in 2019 and now features a new lobby complex and restaurant. Enjoy endless on-site activities including an outdoor pool and spa, catamaran sailing and kayaking on the private lagoon, watersports, mini golf and stand up paddleboarding.
Conference accommodation will be split between two accommodation venues; Novotel Twin Waters and The Sebel. The two accommodation venues are connected and you can access the conference centre easily from both. Various accommodation options will be available for selection through registration.
Yes, thanks to the generous support of our lender partners your tickets are subsidised. A standard ticket is valued at over $3,000!
We understand plans change. If you need to cancel your ticket we are happy to issue a full refund up to 30 days prior to the event. If you are cancelling with less than 30 days to go, then there is no refund available unless we can find someone else to take your place.
Should you not be able to attend the Conference due to state boarder restrictions due to COVID or should the event not be able to go ahead because of any COVID restrictions a full refund will be provided.
Yes, they can join you and attend our evening events and share your room via a spouse dinner ticket option. Please note there are only 50 tickets available in this category, so get in fast to make sure your partner can attend.

All accommodation options at the Novotel are single share, hotel style accommodation overlooking lush lawns and natural bushland or overlooking the tranquil lagoon.
Accommodation at The Sebel is made up of two bedroom/two bathroom apartments and three bedroom/two bathroom apartments and houses. These accommodation options boast full kitchen facilities, spacious lounge rooms and outdoor dining areas. These are a great ticket choice for brokerages coming to the conference as a group! These ticket types can only be purchased in 2 and 3 ticket quantities. Please note when purchasing a 3 bedroom house or apartment ticket you will have a 2 bathrooms shared between 3 people.
Yes, though please note there may be additional charges to upgrade your room to accommodate them. Please let our team know when you’re purchasing your tickets if there are children attending too. Please note children are not able to attend the conference or dinners at the conference. Please note there is very limited availability for family rooms due to accommodation availability.
